Dr. Rakesh is the main driver of NESTIN HOME’s business. He migrated from Delhi, India and is a qualified engineer, achieving his Bachelor’s degree in engineering from BITS, Pilani, India, and then his Master’s degree in engineering from U.S.A.
After working at senior levels in the corporate world in India for over 15 years and travelling extensively worldwide on business, he obtained his Ph.D. degree in business management from I.I.T. (Delhi).
He has worked on N.Z. Government assignments, was Country Manager (India) of Beca International Ltd. (member of Beca group – N.Z’s largest engineering consultancy company), for over 12 years and has also taught at N.Z’s. academic institutions. Rakesh has had his own business in N.Z for property development and investment since 2013. He enjoys sports and other physical activities, has very good and clean reputation amongst architects, planners, engineers, tradesmen, material suppliers and real estate agents in Auckland. Rakesh is people’s person and enjoys meeting new persons. He is fluent in English and Hindi and partially in Panjabi.
Zifraan has qualified from N.Z in Carpentry and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP-Carpentry). He has about 10 years of hands-on experience in building new houses, major renovations and house extensions.
Sanchit is a qualified Civil engineer, acquiring his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from University of Auckland. He has over 12 years experience in asset management, client relationship management, resolving problems and delivering civil engineering projects.
